Shipping & Returns

At YOLO Roots, we're super careful to get every product to you in perfect nick. Since our products are perishable food items and all that - we have to stick pretty closely to a return and refund policy that keeps everything hygienic.

🔄 Returns & Replacements

  1. Unfortunately YOLO Roots can't accept general returns on online purchases. Sorry about that.
  2. You've got to give us a shout within 2-3 days of delivery. If you don't let us know about any issues after that - tough luck.
  3. We don't do exceptions after 7 days. It's just not possible for us to get involved with things then.
  4. We'll need you to send over a valid photo or video of the damaged product if you're claiming a refund.
  5. If the seal on the product has been broken or tampered with then we won't have any of it. Refunds or replacements aren't going to be an option in that case.

🚚 Replacement Process

  1. Once we're satisfied that you're telling the truth about the damaged goods - we'll send over a replacement product asap after getting the thumbs up from our customer support and operations team.

💳 Refund Policy

  1. If we decide in your favour - we'll get your refund sorted out within 5-6 business days from the day we approved it.
  2. If you paid cash on delivery, sorry - we can't refund the shipping and delivery fees.

  1. If the product arrived in perfect condition but isn't what you wanted - sorry, no refunds or exchanges.
